Trả lời: Lỗi thông báo trên do khi gởi email đi chưa được chứng thực. Để khắc phục lỗi trên bạn làm như sau :
Trên thanh menu bạn chọn Tool —- > Accounts — > qua tab “ Mail” — > Email account (mail.abc.com) —– > Properties — > qua tab “Server” — > đánh chọn vào ô “ My server requires authentication”. (hình minh họa bên dưới)
